Accelerating Admixtures Alkali-free Concrete Accelerator

An Alkalifree concrete accelerator is an innovative new product line that's high performance, alkali-free, and chlorine-free. It was developed using advanced materials and modern processes. This cement accelerator can be mixed with many other cements.

Concrete accelerator product description An alkali free concrete accelerator has been created by new materials and using different processes. It is high-performance and environmentally-friendly, and it's chlorine-free. It is compatible with most cements. You can enjoy a lower dust load, increased efficiency, environmental protection and a significant increase in economic returns.

Adding admixtures faster Advantages and Features
(1) Excellent homogeneity: The product is light green or colorless and has no delamination.
(2) Low-dose : A recommended amount is between 3% and 8% of cement mass. Cement concrete sets fast and hardens quickly. Also, initial and final setting times are short.
(3) Excellent durability of concrete. Because alkali free concrete accelerator admixture doesn't contain an excessive amount of alkaline substance like alkaline accelerations, it reduces concrete damage and lowers material reactions.
(4) Environment and Health. Alkali-free cement acceleration doesn't contain any alkaline or acidic cations. This accelerator will not cause skin or health problems for construction workers. It reduces dust content and bounce during spraying, which significantly improves construction environments.
A low rebound rate. Our experience shows that spraying with alkali free accelerating additives is most effective when the rebound rate is below 15%. It is possible to reduce materials waste and lower the cost of cleaning up the rebound material by using alkali free accelerating additives. There are many benefits.
(6) A difference in strength is that the alkalifree accelerator admixtures have a high initial strength and a small loss of strength late on. To increase support strength, alkali free accelerators are used. They can decrease the cement content, cracking, spalling and cost-effectively repair slag, roadway deformation and secondary damage.
(7) High adaptability: Suitable for all cement types in the range of 3% to 8%
It doesn't have any adverse effects on concrete durability. It is non-chloride and has a low concrete-destructive effect.
(9) There is no dust produced during spraying, and rebound levels are reduced.
(10) Hardened concrete can be formed with high-strength shotcrete and has excellent compactness and impermeability.

Use accelerator in concrete
This alkali-free liquid cement curing accelerator works best for shotcrete construction.

Use concrete accelerators and other matters that need attention
(1) Dosage The amount of alkali-free concrete accelerator will depend on temperature and environment. It also depends upon the setting and activity times of cement, early strength and other factors. Based on these factors, the suggested dosage for alkali free liquid accelerator should be between 3% to 8% per weight of cement.
(2) Dry-spraying procedure: After the concrete has been dry-mixed, the liquid concrete accelerator (alkali free) is added to the water using the metering pumps. Water is then added via the nozzle.
(3) Water spraying process : After the concrete has been mixed with water, the liquid concrete accelerator, which is alkali-free, enters the compressed atmosphere pipeline by the metering pumps. The concrete and concrete are then combined at the nozzle.
The accuracy of the dosage should also be considered in these situations. Concrete's best water-cement mix is 0.45. A lower water cement ratio will result in better concrete results, even though it is less alkali-free. Concrete with a water cement ratio of greater than 0.25 will take longer to set and have lower strength.
(5) Alkali-free liquid concrete acceleration can be used to mix shotcrete of large slumps (>200mm).
You should not exceed the suggested dosage. This will result in too slow coagulation or early strength loss, which can seriously impact the structure of the body and adhesion.
(7) The alkali free liquid concrete accelerator must be used before the entire metering system, which includes the filter and accelerator pipe, is rinsed with warm water. The entire pump system should be maintained clean during use to avoid clogging.

Concrete accelerator packaging and storage
This alkali-free cement accelerate can be packed in plastic barrels up to tons and can be customized according to the user's requirements.
It is important to take extra care with plastic buckets in order not to crack.
The original, airtight container must be kept in a cool dry place with ventilation.
Concrete accelerator can't be stored in metallic containers. Mix the product thoroughly before you use it to prevent precipitation.

Concrete accelerator shelf life
liquid acceleratorr has a 6 month storage life if it is kept in its original container.

Concrete accelerator safety instructions
Healthy
You should take standard precautions like wearing safety glasses and gloves. You must use the concrete accelerator that is alkali free.
Safety
If you have come into contact with your skin, wash off with plenty of water. Contact with your eyes should be treated immediately by rinsing with lots of hot water.
Take plenty of liquids if you swallow it and immediately go to the hospital.
