How does Stearic Acid Amide Emulsion get made?
Insoluble in water, stearic Acid amide must be prepared using emulsifiers. Even after adding dispersant, water-based stearic Acid amide emulsion is still not able to disperse well. Additionally, it can easily precipitate. Long-term storage may result in flocculation. Additionally, high-speed stirring is required and the grinding must be done under heat. First, add the water-based water-basedstearic Acid amide to water. Next stir for 60 minutes at 2500r/min. Then add the defoamer (preservative) and continue stirring for another 40 min.
